I don't think it will tbh, as it went on sale at GMG and it was £6.99 and they always have the lowest prices.
I bought Skyrim when it came out and don't want to pay more than 15€ for all DLCs... -.-
Maybe the regular price will be reduced until winter?
Buying the DLC now is no cheaper than buying legendary - wich includes stuff you already bought.....
If you have the base game it's 22,47 € to get all dlc.
The legendary ed. is 23,99 €.
Why penalize people who paid full price at release?
It's simply different for americans.
Your prices actually seem kinda sensible. At least there's a little gap from 'upgrade' to 'buy complete ed. new' (12,53 $)

No biggie there's games galore on sale.

Dragons are ironically enough not my favourite theme. Loved the daedra and other lore though.
Still my rose-tinted glasses conjure up fond memories of morrowind :D
