mod request - court mage (Markath)

I know Markath has one already, but I'd like my necromancer to take his place.

I would the old elf to be in Markath for his studies, and no other reason and allow the player to become the new court mage. I would also like his tower to be remodeled for the player (for obvious reasons) to suit a more necro style mage while still giving off a dwemer style.

Also if it isn't to much, I would like a few extra quests (daily) to make it feel like a real job.
