Halp, problems have arose with Dragonborn DLC

I am fighting Miraak and he has killed all the dragons to recieve all his life, but when he killed the last dragon, instead of coming out of his ethereal state, he just stood there. I looked up the Miraak battle and that isn't how the battle should go. Anybody know any way to fix it? Help would be greatly appreciated.
