Relies on content no longer avalable crash
When i continue a save game, it says required content is no longer avalable, but still continues to load. From this point i can say yes, and it will crash, or no and it will bring me to a new game.

Sounds like it is trying to load a mod that you have recently deleted. If you remove mods from a game save..you MUST first make sure you remove everything in-game to do with that mod in that save BEFORE uninstalling the mod, i.e. items, remove them from your inventory THEN OVERWRITE the save by saving over it with nothing of your mods weapons armour etc in your inventory.

However. If you have a scrpit heavy mod like Frostfall immersion mod or something then remove that mod, you will have to make a new game to carry on without that mod. The save game data contains integral files of the mod that no longer exists, so it is highly likely the culprit that is crashing your game.

Start a new game if you have uninstalled certain mods...

did you recently uninstall any mods? This is likely the issue, some mods once they are used can end up starting scripts that now remain open, and without the mods causes the game to crash. This happened to me after I uninstalled skyui because I was having some issues, but after they released version 3.0 and I reinstalled it, that filed worked again.
