I have a redundant Boethiah quest

In my second my character, I refused to check the body of a slain Boethiah assassin. I didn't want to get involved in that again. But a second assassin came after me again and it automatically started that Daedric quest. However I got stuck with a redundant 'Investigate the body of the Boethiah cultist" quest on my list. Is there a command I can type in to get rid of it?

They only have command for after I've started the next stage of the quest. It doesn't say how to get rid of "Investigate" part. I've tried looking for another copy of "Boethiah's Proving" and reading it. But nothing happens.
