Dawnbreaker 89 dmg on lvl 31 how ?

I saw a video on youtube with a guy that gets dawnbreaker on level 31, normal charakter no mods no special enchants no special gear or anything and it had 89 damage. Then i saw a video from one guy on level 60 what gets dawnbreaker with only 59 damage ? confusing ?

On my try on level 21 with one hand at 52 ill get only 21 damage and thats not much, or does the magical perk on smithing improve the gorund damage of this weapon too ? but 89 on 31 wtf

Damage is dependent on your skill tree AND any enchantments you have.

One item the person could have had is an enchanted ring that boosts 1-handed attack damage .

Maybe he had such things but from the rest of his gear i dont think so, the 89 guy yes but not the guy with the 52 damage because i saw his gear. No ring no entchant only level 31 and nothing else except perks and the skill level and the difference is too big. Im now 26 and tried it again and now it has only 22 damage instead of 21 so it never raise to to that high.

Btw many weapons scale on the level the character has at the moment he enter the dungeon or grab the weapon. That counts for unique and special weapons and most dungeon chests. There must be something else wrong dont know what.

There's a couple of mods in Workshop that improves the damage value of daedric artifacts. He probably used one of those.

when its true and what i see from his other gear no he dont use any mods at least the other guy with the 59 dmg dont use it because i know him
