HI people i have some questions about a current preformance issue

this is not for me but someone ealse but when that is said i want to inform this is a superb gaming rig but for some reason it lags so i tried a test to see if there was a bottleneck with the hardware so i spawned 300 bandits while monitoring the pc and my reult was about 5% disk use 35% RAM use 55% cpu use and 65% GPU use and i also runned it in ultra during but why does the FPS drop down to like 10-20FPS? is this a bethsheda software issue???

What operating system and graphic card do you have? I had Vista and I got random FPS drop downs. I updated to W8 and no more drop downs. I did not changed anything else than operating system.

well i run W8..... but since i spawned 300 bandits it also might be a software problem it usualy is mabye its the game software or GFX software and i forgot its name it was 5XXti something edition dont remeber but it was the best for sli wich is what the rig is running

SLI increased about 100% in other games like BF3 or metro 2033

Well, 20 fps is just fine. Watch faster.

but when the GFX cards are only running 65% theres clearly something wrong if it drops that much

+ 20FPS is the top since i said 10-20FPS it hangs mostly around 13/14FPS

Probably since the game can't multithread so good, blame Amdahl's law.
Also note that multi GPU systems can give quite weird performance in many cases.

i know running 2 instead of 1 with the same capabilitys isnt the same but still 35% wanishing dosent seem right

if it where like 10% or less i supose it could be understandable but could it have something to do with nvidia driver settings that skyrim dosent favor??

You probably need to play around with your settings a lot in order to get it to work. Turning of V-sync can help.

nvm i figured it out and 200FPS thats how it should be the peak was like 220 in game ofc not counting main menu ofc since that said 25560FPS XD

Max FPS is a quite bad metric.

no it was running betwen 200FPS and 220FPS but yesterday i discovered that it went down to 50FPS for like a second i dont know why

but TYVM J3X and Mohawk you helped out alot and im truly gratefull and it seems vsync turned off solved my problems
