Finn's Lute
Has anyone else had this happen? You are requested to retrieve Finn's Lute. You go through heck to find it, come back for your reward- and the woman doesn't take it off your hands.

The Unoffical Skyrim Patch fixes that bug, if you're interested in that. Or, you can find the item id and use the player.removeitem <ID#> console command.
