No d3d9.dll files in skyrim
I can't find the file and if it its gone can i restore it?

I don't think it needs one...
Just do a verify game cache is steam.

are you installing a ENB mod? if so the ENB proflies arn't allowed to share that file, you have to get it from the ENB maker himself at http://www.enbdev.com/index_en.htm

if you arn't using an ENB in the other hand then im not sure why you whould need it :/ its not really needed for the game to run as far im aware

I had this after the last GForce update. Unenstalled the GForce, but kept the driver update, ewverything now worked. For me this was connected to Drect3DCreate9Ex.
