Since Dawnguard & Heartfire Installed - CTD Constant and Random

First off, this computer was recently completely rebuilt and everything reinstalled from scratch so I know it's not the computer since everything else runs beautifully. Even Skyrim ran perfect right up until I purchased and installed the DLC Dawnguard and Hearthfire.

Now, ever since Dawnguard and Hearthfire, the game crashes constantly and apparently completely at random. It's happened when I'm fast-traveling via the world map, in the middle of a dragon fight in Riften, entering/exiting a building in Whiterun and just walking/riding through the open world. It can happen after 5 minutes of gameplay or even up to 30.

It will also ALWAYS go into sync mode after every crash.

I've got at a wall of text error log that I can't even understand because it's just so huge. I understand that there's addons that don't work properly with Dawnguard and I've spent a lot of time updating and uninstalling ones that might conflict - still, this is becoming more than mere frustration.

The game flowed fluidly and without issue prior to the DLC, now, it hardly seems worth the money paid. I love this game, but if I have to save every few seconds out of fear of losing all my progress - it's hardly worth playing anymore.

Any suggestions?

I was finally able to sort through all the addons which were causing conflicts, but the game continues to crash at random. Like it did just now after 15 minutes of smooth gameplay. It crashed right after a fast-travel via the world map.

I'm now also getting odd graphics issues. Examples: the dragons I encounter periodically are pale blue and completely without texture (these fights always results in a CTD.) Humanoids look like they're wearing black catsuits from the neck down (only their faces and armor have "skin" detail.) The world map occasionally shows my location with a giant blue rectangle.

Graphics drivers have been updated - still happening.

Does anyone know why this might be happening or have this sort of stuff happening to them as well? I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall here. 8 (

Getting this too. Started doing this when I started a new game on a newly formatted OS.

I cannot get into Riften at all now. There's a dragon on the rampage inside the city and every time I try to enter - it immediately crashes the game. I don't have any earlier saves to go back to either that would make a difference. I suppose I am just going to have to wait outside till the guards kill it and rez whoever died.

Sometimes I wish this game was more like an MMORPG where the creators would actually respond to an issue instead of leaving the community flailing about.
