Does Boss help with mods and how do you dounload it

Use it to arrange mods that you have in their load order to keep some from conflicting in certain ways. Say you have 2 mods that change something, but for one of the mods, it is essential that it changes it the way it wants to. BOSS will put it after the other one to ensure that the changes it makes have 'priority'.

BOSS [code.google.com] When you run it a DOS prompt will appear and push the number for TES V: Skyrim A webpage will launch showing every plugin you have. Click on Recognized Plugins and it tells you exactly what to do.
