CTDs with Dragonborn.

I finally decided to start Dragonborn today and for the first hour or so it went smoothly. When I first entered Miraak's temple, I had a CTD and thought no big deal. The problem kept happening and I tried to change my ugrids to 5 and adjust the in/ex cell buffers accordingly. I finally was able to complete the dungeon. After about 20 seconds of walking outside I would get a CTD. I kept restarting Skyrim and it would not stop. I have cleaned all of the master files and mods and the problem STILL persists. I did not have ONE CTD outside of Solstheim, but while on the island I always have them.

Any suggestions?
