Everytime i go into dragonsreach everyone starts attacking me and i didnt do anything. Its only in dragonsreach when i aproach irileth. nothing happens until i approach her

Pull out your weapon and then resheath it without using it on anyone. That will be taken as a sign of surrender and you will informed of your offense. That way at least you will know what you have been accused of and can pay a fine or go to jail etc.

if they continue to attack even with surender it means that youve done something terrible in the area, liek mass murder ( or atleast the game thinks you did ) im unaware of how to fix this but there may be a console command to clear you of your crimes within a hold?

The only other way is to go into the wilderness for several days until a bounty hunter finds you. If you pay him the bounty placed on your head then you are able to return to the city with your crimes cleared.

Just a thought, have you become a vampire or werewolf lately. These conditions cause guards to just attack you.

no maybe because i attacked a group of imperials while on the way to a castle thing

That would be it. You are only considered a criminal if you attack a non-hostile NPC or their property. You should fight only if you were attacked first, you agreed to a brawl or duel ,or were attacking an enemy. In the last case you can attack first. Question is, have you officially joined the Stormcloaks? Whiterun is not supporting Ulfric at this stage of the game.

Regardless, if you have only been in the game a while you would not have accumulated many Septims and if you killed three Imperials post Helgen, you may be looking at a 3000 Septim fine. You could of course go to another hold where you have not committed any crimes but whenever you returned to this hold,your crime (unless paid out) would remain.

To save time and frustration it may be advisable to do as @Kendros suggests. Go easy on the sword arm for a while.
