NEED HELP: BOOK MOD
I am very frustrated that every time you loot a book, you have to press the "E" (take) button which results in pressing e on a book, then pressing e again to cofirm the loot. I have no idea how to explain it better than that. Does anyone know a mod that removes it? makeing it a simple 1 click loot? In other words, making it be looted jsut like a sword or shield or potions? Iv'e seen other mods and most of them are don't invovle books, but ingridients and gold etc.

1) Use an xbox pad
2) Use the keyboard and xbox pad together
3) Download the mod which changes all the books so you know which ones you actually need and which are just pointless rubbish

or mess about with the key bindings?
Hmm well the 3rd one, is there a way to remove all the books in skyrim except skill books, i don't mind if it removes skill books. the first 2 are not related to my problem.
No i mean the mod changes the title so instead books look like this

SKILL LOCKPICK - order or the Nines

rather than just

Order of the nines

and normal books which do nothing come titled the same way without showing if it says skill or not
Oh I see, I jsut realized if the books that are titled can be looted the same way as burnt or ruined books. Thats the mod i am deeply looking for. I've seen it somewhere but forgot whats the name.
Press tab and look in 'items', 'books', spell books(tomes) press E and spell will add to your magic, once got. it will tell you, you can it discard it. The other books not required for quest etc E to pick up, right mouse to read, R to get rid off. Once read just store or chuck or sell away adds to your achviecement total (50). Note book Wild Elves is required for a quest etc. Once you have it you cannot remove it until completing quest.

This adds that function to Skill Books...
I'm not sure about a mod that adds it to all books.

Not what I am talking about. I am talking about how when you pick up a book that is titled for instance titled the Dragonborn, when you pick it up it will tell you either to discard or take it or read it or w/e. I am looking for a mod that doesn't show it and it takes it just with a simple press of a button. I don't cre whether it is a skill book or not. I tend to pick up everything as a habit in games like this. It is agrivating to even have that option shown which is why i want the option to be removed.

Yeah you are actually on the right track of what mod i want and that was actally the one i rememberd seeing.
I agree with you, it is a pain doing it, but simply don,t pick them up just look look at name and move on. They just add weight to load you don,t need. I also will look at frogprincess info.
Tonny try this one "Identified Books and NO Read on Pickup' just found in workshop
Do you mean Unread Books Glow? In that, regular unread have color, unread skill books Glow, have more vibrant colors. If you you pick them up with that mod, they(skill books) go directly to inventory.
Well i got the weight thing all coverd already, i just like to pick stuff up xDDDD but Kelvy, the one u told me only works with helpful books i want the books that has a story in them also work including all books XD
Best of luck we can only try !!! they say there is 15000 plus mods out there in Skyrim ?? maybe there is one or a modder can help.
Wowszer - Thanks for the heads up! I just subscribed to that; I like the lore books, and this will help in my collecting and organizing.

One day, when I just feel like reading, I can catch up on these.
