Disable mod synchronization
How can I disable mod synchronization when I launch game? I make minor cleans to some of them with TES5Edit and synchro f***s everything

I think you neeed to "unsubscribe" the mods. Don't worry, that won't uninstall them. It will just stop steam from checking for updates among these mods.

To unsubscribe all you need to do is go into your data files and remove the tick from the box by clicking on it. Simple not drastic.

Launch the game with SKSE and it will skip the synchronization.

Move to Nexus Mod Manager.
