shortcut for assassination

hi there,
i've seen a mod where you can sneak up behind somebody you wish to execute and press E to make a quick cut throat assassination...the bad thing about it is that i can't remember the name neither do i know where to find it. can someone hook me up with it please? i've been looking for it for hours now.

That's just a normal stealth kill not a mod, it's in the game already.

YES! that's sneak tools...thanks! short question - how do i apply mods from nexus to my skyrim? do i have to dload the nexus mod manager...and does it also load my steam mods then?

Once you download the nexus mod manager, it will automatically load the mods you download and install into skyrim. The workshop items will also work alongside it, but your subscribed mods from steam will not appear in the Nexus Mod Manager. It's a really nice tool! I highly reccommend it.

Cmoney is right. Sneak tools allows for instant stealth kills. It also let's you instantly kill someone in their sleep. Success is, of course, based on your sneak skill.

well...i've just found out that nexus nowadays costs money. that's a pity, i thought it was free to ahve a membership there :(

There's no way they could charge you money for Bethesda mods; unless they were giving Bethesda a cut.

As for sneak tools, once you have it installed, can you still play as a warrior? [ie: hack and slash?], or do I need to play as a stealth assassin the whole time?
Would be cool to be a ninja/warrior maniac

They have the free option hidden, it's been that way since Skyrim's Workshop announcement. When you try to register a new account you get harassed by the pay option and have to search for the free link. It's a pretty slimeball tactic but after knowing the owner for a few years it's not suprising.

Shocks, it should be fine to level a hack-and-slasher, as the only times the sneak tools instant assassination menu will display is when you are sneaking behind an enemy. It actually also makes playing a hack-and-slasher more fun because masks can conceal your identity, allowing you to become an Unknown Masked Murder! When you remove your mask (provided no one sees you take it off) you're bounty will be cleared! Slashers can also use the rope arrows for getaways!
