Just what it sounds like. What do you think the best weapon mod for skyrim is? It can be from any site like Steam, the Nexus, and so on.

Well i use four weapon mods that i like alot LOTR weapons,Dreadlord weapons,JAYSUS weapons and Tera weapon set all from Nexus sorry i wish i had the mod info.Now if your talking armor well i use 35 mods for that,what can i say i'am a smithing fool ha ha.

I've downloaded a few weapons just because they look cool, but for actual gameplay, my opinion is that the best weapons mod is my own.

I've also tried the LOTR weapons, definetly one of the best for sure.

Makes sence, if you make it yourself it will fit your character the way you want. Not to OP or anything.

My two favorite weapons are the steel halberd (two-handed, combines a battleaxe and spear) from the Heavy Weaponry mod and the iron throwing knives (which are thrown in groups of three) from a separate mod that, while I can't remember the name of it at the moment, is most likely just called Throwing Knives. Those two make a chillingly efficient and badass combo when playing a stealthy, fast Argonian character--I love sneaking up to a target in shallow water, coming out behind them and executing them with the halberd, then using the knives on everybody else present while I run off. Coupled together, they also make a pretty awesome way to stand out visually from everybody else in the game (the throwing knives take up a separate slot from arrows and two-handed weapons).

i like jaysus swords and insanity's too look great, level nice, not too powerful , and the work great ,excellent mods

Like others have said, I generally like things that fit into the world and aren't overpowered.

Fangs are the best weapon! For a look at a Cold Harbor influenced vampire Castle mod, checkout "castle volkihar redux" here on steam.

You do not seem to have any mods on the workshop. Can you provide a link or is it a personal mod?
