It's not worth it.

I am mainly play as archer/sleath char so the gear is crap to me. I rather save the world from assinations hehe.

There's a shrouded cowl that increases bow damage by 20% if that counts for anything and some nice shrouded shoes that muffle movement, so it's not too bad.

Also most of the guys who get targeted by the brotherhood seem to be quiet evil themselves so I am not complaining if they die.

Who cares about 20 %. It takes a few hours to get 100 smithing and another few to get 100 enchanting. This will result in the dragon scale armour with better buffs. pffft

digamentra is right I made enchanted archer gear that gives 51% more bow dmg per item.

Well that's dandy.

As a role player, I had one character that was a paragon of good, therefore I just had to kill them. But on another, I had character that was basically a merc, so he obviously became a assassin.

I would like to destroy the dark brotherhood, but I fellt like it was no meaning to the quest. I joined the brotherhood to do the quest and experience the mission, but I felt a bit bad about it.

to kill the brotherhood, kill Astrid, report to commander, kill them, Thats just to plain simple! I would like to have several mission where you infiltrate them and in the end destroy the night mother and banish Sithis. Not just one single mission.

You can't 'banish' Sithis- essentially he's "the Void" itself.

Banish him from skyrim,. getting rid of his influence, killing his diciples.

I would never betray my brothers and sisters. MY LIFE FOR THE BROTHERHOOD! :D:

But if you destroy the brotherhood, you would miss out on killing the emporer. Plus you get to kill Astrid eitherway. :markarth:

Sithis's influence doesn't compell directly in one nation- his influence is established across Tamriel's other provinces that spread his symbolical association with 'death' essentially from Aedra and Daedra worshippers -not just from Skyrim dude.

As far with the storyline would have gone- you as the player couldn't even kill all the 'disciples' of the Dark Brotherhood, main reason provides that you turned down Astrid's invitation to her Family and destroy them is that both Babette( the eternal vampire child) and Cicero lives on-The Night Mother wouldn't have make it to the Falkreach Sanctuary by then, but probably gone somewhere else aided by her 'keeper' obviously.

Yes thats what annoys me, The night mother got away in that case. I would like to infiltrate the brotherhood and make sure She was put out. Meaby actually convert some of the people in it, as I dont think all of them are evil. just missguided and abandomed.
