Skyrim camera angle stuck as if my character was very tall?

So I used to mod my game alot, and then I stopped completely. Face texture mods, body mods, graphical mods, etc etc etc, and then I stopped. I stopped playing skyrim alltogether, and I decided I wanted to play it again and I discovered that I couldn't, because when I started a new game something was off. My camera was stuck at an odd view, as if my head was placed a foot higher on my body then it was supposed to be, I couldn't look around very much and yeah. I also cannot move past the scenes in the begining when I'm supposed to run. I deleted all mods, reinstalled the game, still nothing. Help?
