Unrelenting Force shout, something is wrong with it??

Hi guyz
I just started the main quest with the greybeards, however I need to use “unrelenting force shout”
And its not moving anything its kind of a electric shock shout or soothing and I can’t start the quest until I use the real shout. Any help how I can fix it ??

Make sure its the one selected. hit "P" select shouts find unrelenting force, favorite it, hit "q" find it and pick a number (might as well, why not?) hit tab, hold down "z" and release. Should do it. Hope that helps. At least its a start.

make sure you hold down the button for the full force, a quick jab will only release part of it

... and be sure you used dragon souls to ‘Unlock’ it.

i did what u all recommend but still nothing happend, its like as i said electric whtever somthing, i played the game over 100 h i know how to play guyz, is anyone faced the same problem??
