I am assuming you are using mods. This tool tells you usually what the problem is if you're getting an istant ctd.
Oh, and by the way, I'm not actually using any mods...

The first is due to a mod conflict.
The second could be due to hitting the RAM limit [3.1 GB], your computer overheating, or you using a corrupt save-file [uninstalling mods on an existing save can do this].

try a disc clean up.
some reasons that programs crush is lack or memory aka Ram. also a disc clean up will remove junk of ur hard drive. that will also speed up ur Pc. and some mods will some times make your game crush. hope i helped

Computer Overheating is not the problem, the corrupt save-file isn't as well... I don't think it's the RAM, but I'll check, thanks!
