thought i start my own forum, so whats the big deal about the elder scrolls online and not many people wanting to play it, is it worth the 15 montly fee. i only played the last two games and for seeing the whole tamriel will be nice, can you play the game buy yourself like quest or do you have to play it with friends?

Elder Scrolls Online [ESO] is an online MMO multiplayer game like WOW; so you'll have to play with friends probably 20-30 hours a week. ESO uses a different gaming engine, and was developed by a different company; so it will be very different from Oblivion/Skyrim.

Oblivion and Skyrim are single player games; which will be nothing like ESO.

Don't be fooled by the name; ESO has about as much in common with Skyrim, as Super Mario Cart has in common with Super Mario Brothers.

having it take place 1000 years before skyrim you think there is no empire but if your fighting your way to be an emperor so im guessing there was a empire.

gadzooks, that sounds like a glorified deathmatch.

heh , there is 0% chance im paying /month to play it, that is all there is to it.

I would go for the same GW2 offered , B2P.

But im not paying /month to play it.

My opinion on online things:
If it has a permonth subscription, wether to play the game or get a premium membership,
/uninstall

i'll try it, because i'm fan of all medieval fantasy universes, and i want see what bethesda will purpose on term of guildplay, in-game economic system and all other tools they'll able to promote players interactions.

i want to play just to see how diff skyrim will look 1000 years ago and the imperial city. i dont know if whiterun and other cites will be there it may be diff cites since it took place 1000 years before skyrim

I'd rather pay 15 bucks a month for good content, regular bug fixes and proper customer service than GW2's "F2P" gem store money pit and it's endless rehashed content marketed as "living story" while they fix praxtically nothing ever (and seem to find a way to break things with each patch).

$60 for software, $15 a month to subscribe, the chance to play with people who may troll, scam or do other nefarious things, for what? The hope you might have a normal game time?
