IS there a mod that adds a Vanity slot?
So that you can use another armor for the looks but still have the stats of a better one?

No general purpose mod that I am aware of, but I've made a few vanity/cosmetic armor sets, and collected them and some others into a collection. Basically keep the same armor look through several different tiers of armor.
