How to: Enchanting and item in a specific way

When you complete Boethiah's Calling (you murder a poor schmuck who trusted you) you are awaded enchanted Ebony Mail armor which 1) allows you to move quietly 2) gives opponents 5 points of poison damage when they are near, and perhaps most useful 3) it provides warning when the enemy is near.

I've maxed out my Enchantment and Smithing and pretty much have everything avilable to me to enchant other items. I'm using this Enchanted Ebony Armor but would like to replace it with this daedric heavcy armor suit I cam across but I don't want to lose the enchantment perks.

Anyone figure out how to recreate all of the enchantments from teh Ebony Mail armor on other suitsof armor? If so, fill me in.

Some in game dropped armor is special, and has multiple enchantments that cannot be player made.
