Good Intentions Quest Breaking Bug

I am having a Quest Breaking Bug where Ancano wont proced to the arch mages office. Tolfiir will discuss the Eye and Ancano will interupt saying he needs to talk with you. All of the appropriate quest ques will appear for the next quest task "Follow Ancano" then Ancano will proceed to wander around the call of elements amlissly without going to the door. I have tried rebooting the game using older saves, cueing different conversations and even leaving for an in game week and returning to him still wandering the hall of elements. Any suggestions?

Modded your game? This is a crude solution so I don't know if it will work. Open the console commands and type:

prid 0001E7D7
moveto player

You were right about the mods. I tried removing all but some lighting and color ones and it worked fine after that. Thank you for the help
