Other people's opinions will almost certainly be different to yours and everybody else's :P
i know i want to see what everyone else uses im probably actually going to use almost all of the mod(s) suggested to me :D

You did however mention not being able to run an ENB. Have you tried out a sweetfx preset instead?
SweetFX comes with a lot of the same visual boosts as a ENB, but without the most graphically intensive features like impressive shadows or super detailed shaders. This means that you get an ENB like look, but without the performance hit. Even on low end pcs, ive never heard of SweetFX dropping anything more then 5fps, and on my machine it drops not a single frame.
