Soul Gem Fragments
Is thare a way to use the soul gem fragments i keep picking up?

No, they're useless.
Well, unless you use a mod that lets you craft them into actual soul gems.

There was one quest that called for them, but they were all on site and were used up in the quest. Now here's the good part... wait for it. I can't remember which quest it was!

Quest that uses them is the main quest in Dawnstar DLC, and as Galactus said, the ones you have to use in that quest are in the room. All other fragments are useless.

It's Dawnguard DLC and they are shards not fragments. Just to clarify.

Oops... was tired. Don't know where the Dawnstar came from. Maybe I was thinking about Dwemerborn DLC ;)
