Crappy Shadows! Help ;-;

I got these crappy weird shadows, and even if i play on ultra, it still happens!

Is there a mod or something that stops this?

no no, that screenshot is not ultra. I cant run ultra ;-; but i did test to see if it was the settings and it didnt help :(
