$Stopstring error?
Hi there,

I am loving the Immersive Armor mod so much - especially the ebony mage armor! Everything has been going great until recently a couple of glitchy things seemed to happen. The first was I lost access to creating Daedric armor - tho the Daedric weapons were still there.

The next was I logged in today and my girl was buck naked and minus her armor. I wasn't thrilled as it was enchanted etc, however I thought oh well, I will make another set -- only the option to craft that armor is gone!

Then I noticed a $Stopstring error. When I open the Immersive Armors mod configuration I cannot select any of the options.

I am new to modding via MO so I am not sure what a $Stop string error means, or how to get my beloved armor crafting and ebony mage robes back.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Hi Nazenn :)

It pops up on the upper left hand side of the screen upon login ... and then is repeated when I try to use the mod configuration tool.

I literally lost access to all the auxiliary armor options via Immersive Armours and anythng I had crafted through there has disapeared in the world ... including my clothes!

Hmm.
Ive never seen the error before, but I know I recognise that 'phrase' for lack of a better term.
Lemme go have a look at the files in my own IA installation in MO and see what I can find.

Few things to check on your end first:
Make sure SkyUi isnt being overriden by anything on your left pane that it shouldnt be. Also make sure that the esp is active in your right.
Reinstall IA (rename it if you want just in case) and check if that fixes it. Resinatllation with MO is pretty safe because it doesnt change your priority so it doesnt change the file structure.

Edit: also make sure you have both esp files and both bsa files active in your game

You were exactly right there was a plugin that was not enabled! All my armor came back too! Thanks for that!

Another question for you. I noticed that when I was having issues with screen freezes and so forth (very proud of myself that I worked that all out!) is my girls armor/boots clanks - it's super noisy and irritating. When I sorted out all the earlier problems it was lovely, she was walking without clanking. She is clanking again - and my first thought is Oh no! I hope I am not going back to the freezes and so forth.

Any ideas what that is all about?

Yep, that'll do it. Glad you got it fixed.

And no, I really dont know on that part of it.
Totally stumped there unfortunetly.
