Mouse Cursor Showing [Solved]

So getting an issue where at the very edges of my screen, my mouse cursor will appear in the game. This happens in both modded and vanilla game, and I'm unsure what is causing it. I had not tabbed out of the game, and the only thing that changed between today when it started happening, and yesterday was that I went throug and did some updates to my vid card drivers (AMD got the client to keep up to date on it that they came out with.)

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Or ideas of what is causing it?
