Best home in Skyrim
I have a home in Whiterun and Solitude. My solitude home is kind of a mess though with straw and stuff all over the floor in some areas and cobwebs. Whiterun home is just a hideout/gear dump.

I really like Honeyside, although it's a bit annoying that all the storage is on the ground floor and the crafting is in the basement :/ Favourite modded home so far is definitely the Hunter's Cabin near Riverwood (Nexus), it's cosy and has a lovely view, plus quite conveniently located.

Leaf Rest in Riverwood is a very nice home with lots of things you can interact with including kneeling to any of the Divines. And you get a pet fox you can activate with options. There is much more too....worth checking out.

Winstand manor, especially with COT installed. The sunsets are intense. Beautiful. I like Breezehome. It is simple and I tend to have a sentimental attachment to Whiterun.

Whiterun's Breezehome.

Good location, easy access to the stores, not too big and not too pokey.

None of the user created houses comes close, they are all palaces or sky temples in the middle of nowhere. I just want a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ home.

Whiterun, using "Fully Upgradable Breezehome" (Hearthfire/Dawnguard Edition) mod.

Back when I played Skryim on PS3, my favorite house was Solitude Manor. I spent hours setting up loot to make the house look authentic. Now my favorite house is Sjell Blad castle. SpeedFreak knows what's up.

"Riverside Lodge"...http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14308/? is the best house mod that I've tried so far in Skyrim.:Safe_House:

Yes, I have used the Workshop version of Lupus' mod a few times. Very nice. Lately, I've been favoring Uberman's breezehome or his Breezehome estate. I like homes that have a more cluttered feeling where everything isn't perfectly laid out or set down in static mode. Lol, when Barbus bumps into something, it falls. That's real life.

I'm not much for the fancier houses. My favorite is still Breezehome. It's incredibly conveniently located and so cozy.

The best house I've ever used, vanilla or modded, however, is one called Riverside Ranch (or something along the lines of that). It was a small house located on the lake next to Ivarstead and was absolutely gorgeous. A bit of a resource hog though.

I kinda like the Markarth house, don't know why. Probably because I like the Reach area.
