SpeedFreak: The strange thing is that I have gone through this procedure before and the three .esm files are hooked off in the Data File together with some mods I have downloaded.
But it is only the basic game and the mods that are available.
Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Dawnguard.esm
HearthFires.esm
Dragonborn.esm
...all other mods
Next, each DLC may have prerequisites that you have to meet for them to trigger.
Dawnguard is available after level 10. Vampires should start to randomly attack you and guards will start to talk about the Dawnguard. You can also force the questline to start once you are the appropriate level by going to Riften where you should be approached by a Dawnguard member.
Hearthfire typically requires you to do a simple radiant quest for the Jarl of the hold you want to build a house in. Typically something like "Kill the bandit leader".
Dragonborn can be started once you visit High Hrothgar, met the Greybeards, and have started the quest "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller". Once that quest is completed, the next time you visit a major hold, cultists should attack you. Kill and loot their bodies for a note which should start the questline.
