Spell damage descriptions for fire spells error

Since I started playing again a few days ago, I've noticed most of the destruction fire spell descriptions are messed up. For example, fireball says "A fiery explosion for b40/b points of damage in a 15 foot radius." Now, if I had to venture a guess, I'd say "b.../b" stood for bold, but the number is not bolded. Instead, the "b.../b" is bolded. Also, the damage does not update with related perks such as augmented flames. It sounds like this is a tooltip description error, but I don't know how to go about changing this. Where in the install directory would I be able to find spell descriptions?

Also, I should note I did not have this problem before I came back to the game, and I did install a few more mods when I started playing again.

Maybe that's where the problem is, I don't know myself, but you dont mention using mods before, when u weren't having problems then just now when u started uisng mods , your've noticed the problem sorry this isn't very helpful, o.o just saying
