Gamebreaking problem, any help?

So I get the urge to make another character after being away for six months. I downloaded some mods (sort of maybe one hundred or so) and didn't activate any of them (Barring the ENB) to avoid the intro sequence problems at Helgen.

Started the game, and the Dragonborn is clipping through the wagon, and the intro is incompletable because the carts pile up at the entrance gate.

I took out the ENB, and restarted, and the same problem happened.

Then I uninstalled every mod from my computer, restarted, and the same thing happened.

I reinstalled SKSE, restarted, and the same thing happened.

I disabled all DLC and updates, leaving only the base game, and the same thing happened.

Then, getting desperate and annoyed, I downloaded "Live another life" and started the game from a different point, only to find out the Dragonborn and every NPC had the "Default" stance with their arms and legs outstretched, and every animation didn't work.

Finally, I uninstalled and then reinstalled Skyrim and everything pertaining to it, and did the same things you see above, causing the exact same problems.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Nope, it's still Windows 8 (lol)

I had completely forgotten about FNIS, and reinstalling it and updating fixed everything wrong. Thanks for the help guys, you really saved my ass!

Anytime you deal with FNIS or a FNIS related mod you have to run the generater after installing or uninstalling a mod, or FNIS itself
