Sound/Voice problem.

Does anyone else have this sound problem, where to hear the npc voice(one who is talking to you) you must face them?

Long story short: Unless you face them you wont hear any sound/voice.
It's been bugging me since i installed Skyrim T_T

configure your sound for stereo sound rather than surround sound.
