NEVER mass load mods, there are conflicts, just wrong crap and multiple other things that can go wrong, at least youll never do it again
i am not sure if i should know what this is but what does BOSS stand for?
And
Removing mods from the game is pretty much guanranteed to ♥♥♥♥ up saves that were made with those mods installed.
You're save is screwed - forget about it, delete it.
And BOSS is the sorting software that we use to iron out conflicts between plugins. Do a search for Better Oblivion Sorting Software. Install it, Run it.
Then go to the Skyrim Nexus and download and install Wrybash.
Run Wrybash and pay attention to the plugin names that aren't green - that plugin has masters that aren't in the right order.
Then download and run TESVedit. Follow the instructions for automatically fixing dirty edits.
1. Pay attention to the warnings that BOSS gives - some mods *require* those dirty edits to run and will say so, don't clean them.
2. Do not clean Skyrim.esm (all the other 'official' plugins can be cleaned - and need to be).
Even then - this is not 100% guaranteed to fix the problem. You need to know what your mods are intending to do. Read their descriptions for specific installation and compatibility information.
Then, after all that - there will be a set of mods that BOSS doesn't recognize - you *may* need to manually sort these. That's a lot of 'turn on a plugin, start the game, does it crash, no? Good, on to the next'. Do this ONE AT A TIME. Yes its tedious - welcome to the wonderful world of game modding, where you'll spend more time tweaking mods than you will playing the game.
