about your issue:
-update your video card drivers
-check your mod for instructions
-install missing dependencies, the mods website can tell you what you need
-tweak your video settings if nesseccary, as well as any .ini files, instructions should be on the mods site

oh ok......I might have to disable the Enhanced shadows..

depnding on how you are crashing it coudl be a bug glithc or ctd, if it starts up goes to tittle screen and pops off that is a ctd or crash to desktop and its normally set off becuase two mods are conflicting.
