Skyrim messing up

I start up the launcher it starts and then it almost gets to the main menu. You can barely see the Skyrim symbol before it just deletes itself. Help?

If skyrim crashes before you come to the main menu and you got mod installed, a mod is missing a requirment.

It can easy happen when you install a mod that needs a custom skeleton and you missed it.

I had this problem earlier, ran the SkyRe Reproccer tool thing (I didn't think I'd added anything relevant to it, but I guess I had) and it was fine after that.
