I've looted some dwarven armor, Now it's gone?

I loaded up a previous save after finding dwarven armor. (The save was right after i found the dwarven armor and rode off for riften? or rift?) I looked in my inventory and for some reason i only have an enchanted and normal dwarven helmate and normal dwarven gauntlets and the dwarven axe & shield.
And i don't use cheat codes so i ned help. I cant remember exactly where i found the camp (On the side of a road somewhere. It was a lootafest, They had alot of coin and dwarven armor!) I was going to loot another set of it from another person if i could so i could sell the other one and keep one for me so i could get a decent amount of coin. But sadly its not there. Can you help me or tell me a location that has aton of dwarven armor, Or a fix to get my armor back. OR if i absolutely positively have to... A cheat code :P
