Harmal, Master Enchanter???

I need to find this guy to continue advanced training to stay on my build plan. I heard he's in Markarth but I haven't found him. Where's he at?

I believe "he" is actually a she, and she's in the temple of Dibella in Markarth. And its not easy to get in to see her. I had to sneak in. Not sure of another way. You will have to do a quest before she'll train you.

If you have the Dragonborn dlc, Neloth is also a master trainer. I can't remember if he offers training right away. You may have to do quests for him too. I don't remember.

Thanks for both your posts. After I posted yesterday I did figure out Harmal was a "she" (head priestess of Dibella). I did need to pick the lock to get into the inner chambers. The quest was to retrieve a young girl from some forsworn and bring her back to the temple, receiving the "agent of Dibella" status. Good to know about Neloth.
