Werewolf glitch HELP

Everytime I go to the Companions to do Underforge stuff, i go in become a werewolf blah blah blah, but when im supposed to black out from the first transformation my game crashes, any know any fixes or mods that might wreck it? I do have one of Dogtown1's werewolf replacers on it but ive done it before with that on.
