AI is bugged beyond playable

Played the game through several times on 360 with some bad AI but not to this level. I just bought it on here and i ♥♥♥♥ you not the ai is about 2-5 seconds behind. The horses run into the gates at helgen and trample each other which was hilarious the first time lol. Then we got to combat i can get an enemy almost down before the enemy will even begin to attack. I have to wait for events like the dragon takes about 5 seconds extra to get to where he needs to be. In the halls in the keep at helgen i could have cleared the distance before the rocks even fell. Ideas?

For the PC version, if you have a very high FPS [much higher than 60], then it throws off the physics engine of the game. To fix this, just cap your FPS at 60; enabling VSYNC will do this.

So, enable VSYNC and all will be well
