Stuck At Helgen

My character enters a running like motion (shakes the camera up and down), but I can't actually move.

when does that happen? when you leave the cart or when you are told to move

Oh, I have had this glitch, although I was playing around with console commands at the time, so just try and reload at the cart.

This can happen due to mods, because helgen is heavily scripted. I'd suggest that you look for a clean savegame that spawns you outside of helgen.

You can use the "showracemenu" command to change the char afterwards.
