Why can't I see jack ♥♥♥♥♥ underwater?

Actually, that depends on the water and how much dirt is in it. Lakes can be really clear if you're up above the timber line.

Most of the rivers in Skyrim are very clear, and rocky. Mostly because it's in the mountains, more ROCK than soil = cleaner and clearer rivers.

look up the green water fix what you might call the water turning dark blue its that there are fixes all over the web. what water or ENB mods are you running.
