Well, that's just your opinion. Many like Khajiits, and some like Argonions. It's not a matter of overrated, it's just what people like. Get over it, and move on. Khajiits have a lot of abilities from the start, that others don't have, and the same can be said for other races. So what's your point? :solitude:

Their abilities are useless, a 15+ in unarmed is only useful in brawls or if you're trying to pursue a mad goal. The night eye is something that can only be used once a day, and you can see quite well at night if you just turn up the brightness.

When compared to an Argonian assassin, they're just better due to abilities.

Pick races for the looks not the silly little skills you never use. Or whats the point of picking argonian or assassin? Just to get some starting stats? Why bother.

I never liked Khajits much but that song made me make one ;P also they are very useful whilst lore friendly when you use mods that darken the night. And installing that but making the screen brighter is full ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but installing those then using torches or night eyes that Khajit as a cat race can spam is lore friendly and feels natural. So they are very good.

No race is a winner though it all doesn't matter at all at high levels. Go for the looks.

I remember a while back there was someone trolling here on the forum using the same thing, albeit different words but saying the same thing. That whole thing turned into a nearly 200 comment long flame war. It made for a good show haha

I personally liked Nord, I thought it fit the story and lore the best, because honestly, why would any of the other species/races be dragonborn? That's my two cents.

Obvious troll thread aside, because the gods of Tamriel have a twisted sense of humor, so why not make the Dragonborn a Dark Elf mage or the Nerevarine an Argonian? It's fun.
