Open up the Skyrim game directory (Rclick on the game's title, select 'Properties', 'Local Files', 'Browse Local Files') open up the /data directory. See if Dragonborn.esm is there. If its not then you don't have it installed.
listen to trigger, he be smart n stuff :) if its still not working then you fragged up with your mods
- Exit Steam
- Find "appcahce" from your Steam folder, usually in C:\Program Files (x86) and remove it.
- Restart your computer
- Restart Steam
- Verify your game. Follow Triggers instructions.
- Make sure that Steam automatically created a new appcache folder to previous destination.
You might see some other games doing some amount of downloading as well. Don't worry about it. They are just making sure that everything is up to date, when new application cache gets built.
We all hope that you can sort this out.
