I'm having a problem with the lack of character animations in skyrim, and my Fnis can't seem to help

I'm having problems with the character aniations all of them
when I play my game, the game starts with out a hich,with no problems what so ever, but when thw game starts, al the charecters(NPC, Followers, my charecter) becom statues on skates, with no animation at all, and any action that needs animation(smithing, figthin,etc,0) can't be performe. but whe u loock arown all the background animalt, and the enviroment cam move just fine. And I tryed using FNIS to fix it but i get a masage of:

No GENDER directory male
No GENDER directory female
Can someone help me with this?
I'm almust to the point of shuthing my pc here!!!!!

Have you placed the FNIS directory in Skyrim i.e. \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users
Then run Generate.
Are you using Mod organiser? Because if you are you need to follow other steps on setting it up.
Pretty sure Gopher did a video on Mod organiser if your using that.

after i installed it, i instatalld the mod organiser but it didnot help

Sounds like your FNIS install is screwed up.
Take it your characters are just stuck in a T pose with thier arms stuck out?

I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT HERE, it does not work, i did everything the guy in the video did. And I still stuck,,, I'm about to throw my computer out the window here..
PLEASE SOMEONE HELPPPP!
