how do you get the extra thieves guild merchants in the ratway plus boosted fence gold?

it"s been two and a half years since I played this game on the poopy xbox i remember being able to fence five k worth of stolen merchandise i am now the thieves guild headmaster doing the last nigthingale quest but she still only has one k please forgive the lack of punctuation as my keyboard is spazzing out
