Stuck with shift

[Donut Steel]

So I had to add in the golden claws through the console (Avrel the Swift was... Too swift). However, when I did that, I noticed my character was walking slow, as if I was holding down shift. It turns out that in doing that little addition, my shift key was some how inverted.

Is there some way to fix this?
