Can't Talk to or Loot Vampires

Verify Integrity of Game Cache

I've run BOSS but idk if it actually changed my load order. All I know is that it opens up a page in my browser giving me a summary of all my mods. 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired

I can't loot skeletons either

After resurrecting my player I was able to loot everything.

I never really found a solution to this, I reinstalled all my mods then started a new game, and no problems so far.
